The classes begin promptly at the listed time, so please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time to leave room for any forms to fill out, fill up your water and meet some of the other members!

You can park along the grey brick building (175 Borden Ave) or across the road at 150 Borden (in front of the white building). There are also the side streets Nyberg and Bedford where there is 2 hour parking.
